MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING
A complete double entry, modified accrual fund accounting system designed especially for NYS municipalities. This program is fully compatible with the Uniform System of Accounts and generally accepted accounting principles prescribed by the Office of the State Comptroller. The program includes accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger and interfaces with our Payroll and Town Clerk programs. Included is an interactive Budget Preparation program.

TOWN CLERK
A fully automated point of sale and cash book system that provides a simple, efficient method of recording the sale of sporting licenses, dog licenses, marriage licenses and games of chance licenses, as well as tracking all other sales and permits that are handled in the Town Clerk’s office. The program generates monthly sales reports to state agencies ( Ag & Markets, DEC, etc.), as well as the Town Clerk Monthly Report and Annual Report. Licenses are priced and printed as they are sold and all commissions and disbursements are calculated.

PAYROLL
A complete payroll management system that keeps all payroll, tax and retirement information and fully automates calculating and printing payroll checks. The employee’s hours are easily entered under each budget account that he/she is to be paid from and reports are generated that total all payroll charges against each budget account. A complete history of wages and taxes, hours worked and compensated absences is maintained. All State and Federal tax information is stored and W2's are printed. All State retirement reports are printed from the system.

BUILDING & CODES ENFORCEMENT
This program tracks and issues Building Permits, Variances, Violation Notices, Appearance Tickets, Subdivision Applications and other permits (signs, special use, etc.). All properties in the municipality are loaded from a disk from the tax warrant. With this information, permits are easily generated by searching for the property owners name or address.
All necessary forms such as certificates of occupancy, certificates of compliance, correction notices, stop work orders, etc. are produced with a minimum of keystrokes. A reminder report lists all open permits.

UTILITY BILLING
An extremely user friendly and complete utility billing system for water and/or sewer billing. Meter readings are easily and quickly entered. The operator sees the four previous meter readings and consumption as he enters the new reading, giving a visual cross-check for accuracy. The program will flag entries that are too high or to low. There is an account ledger attached to each customer file tracking all billings and payments. Rate tables have many possibilities for customizing rates for various applications. Recording of payments is streamlined. Reports include the trial balance, demographics report, customer list, open accounts, relevy report, billing summary and mailing labels. Our software can accommodate automatic reading devices from Sensus or Badger. Electric billing is also available.

TAX COLLECTION
One of our biggest labor savers! The tax warrant is loaded from a disk from the County. Payments are recorded by simply entering the bill number, date and check number, if paid by check. Because the tax collector does not have to enter dollar amounts, errors are virtually eliminated. Penalties and late fees are assessed automatically. Late notices are generated with a minimum of keystrokes. Duplicate receipts, reapportionments, correction of errors and return of unpaids are all accommodated. Multiple search criteria make finding a taxpayer’s information quick and easy. A separate program is designed specifically for School Tax Collection.

HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT
This program tracks vehicle information such as date purchased, purchase price, model and serial numbers, part numbers for items such as oil, air and fuel filters, etc. A maintenance log tracks oil changes, lubrication and all other maintenance items. The fuel and oil log tracks when the vehicle is refueled, how much fuel is used and computes miles per gallon. Roads, culverts and signs are tracked and historical data is accumulated. A reminder report tracks calls that are not closed out.
